Our main event space, named after the building’s year of construction, can accommodate the following number of guests depending on your event type and seating arrangement:

Receptions: accommodates up to 125 guests
Seated Dinner (plated): accommodates up to 100 guests
Seated Dinner (buffet): accommodates up to 75 guests

Available for private events, the Space’s large windows provide natural light throughout the day and dimmable halo lighting makes this fully equipped venue perfect for any occasion.

At 2200 square-feet, we can stage the room to accommodate banquet rounds and classroom seating, but don’t let that stifle your creativity! Past events have brought in bands, dueling pianos, buffet stations, and a full bar into our Space.
